Override Feedback Submitted

Override Feedback Submitted allows users to edit their responses after submission. A configurable window determines how long edits are permitted. This can be left empty to allow editing indefinitely. Use this when you want to give respondents the flexibility to correct mistakes or update their feedback.

When to use

• Users may need to correct typos or mistakes after submitting
• Feedback may change as users continue using your product
• You want to improve response quality by allowing post-submission edits
• Collecting feedback that may need to be updated (e.g. contact details, preferences)

Configuration

1. Go to the Advanced tab and locate Override Feedback Submitted.
2. Toggle to Enabled.
3. Set Override Window — enter the number of minutes (e.g. 180) during which users can edit their responses after submission.
4. Leave this field empty to allow editing indefinitely.
