Advanced Experiments
Run A/B tests on your feedback form
Advanced Experiments enables A/B testing and experimentation for the feedback form. Different form variants, copy, or flows can be tested to compare performance. Use this to optimize your forms based on real user behaviour and improve response rates or feedback quality.
When to use
- Testing different form designs or layouts
- Comparing copy variations (e.g. different question wording)
- Optimizing form length or flow
- Measuring the impact of changes before rolling them out fully
Configuration
- Go to the Advanced tab and locate Advanced Experiments.
- Toggle to Enabled when you're ready to run experiments.
- Configure your experiment settings as needed (e.g. traffic split, variants).
