Ready Templates

Create feedback forms from pre-built templates—browse by category, select, customize, and publish

The Ready Templates page is your central hub for quickly creating feedback forms from expertly designed, pre-built templates. It appears after you click + Create Feedback Form in the sidebar. Instead of starting from a blank canvas, you can select a template tailored to common use cases, customize it to your needs, and publish in minutes.

Why Use Ready Templates?

  • Best-practice design — Templates are designed for common feedback scenarios (NPS, CSAT, feature requests, onboarding) with appropriate question types and flow.
  • Quick discovery — Browse by category, search by name or description, and filter to find the right template fast.
  • Full control — Templates are starting points. You keep full control to add, remove, or edit any question, page, or option before launch.
  • Organization templates — Save and reuse custom templates at the organization level for consistency across teams.

Accessing the Ready Templates Page

  1. In the encatch dashboard, click + Create Feedback Form in the left sidebar.
  2. You land on the Ready Templates page with template filters on the left and a grid of pre-built templates on the right.

Alternative Actions on the Ready Templates Page

  • + Create from Scratch Manually — Bypass templates and build a form from an empty canvas. Best when you need full control and a custom structure.
  • Start drafting with AI — Describe what feedback you want in plain language; encatch uses AI to draft the form. Best for quick starts or exploratory feedback.
