Comprehensive guide to monitoring, analyzing, and understanding feedback data in encatch

Overview of Feedback Reports

Encatch provides three comprehensive reporting views to help you understand and analyze your feedback data:

  1. Audience Analytics: Provides insights about your audience and how they're engaging with your feedback forms.

  2. Response Summary: Provides insights about what users are saying and question-level insights.

  3. Individual Responses: Provides detailed insights into each user's feedback.

Each report provides filters that help you narrow down the data to your specific needs example date filters.

Export Report

The Export Report feature enables you to download feedback data for offline analysis, reporting, and integration with other tools.

Realtime Feedback Notifications

The destination feature in encatch allows you to filter and chose which individual user feedback you would like to be notified about.

Few available destinations are:

  • Email
  • Slack
  • Jira
  • GitLab
  • Custom Webhook (that can be used with Zappier,n8n, MS power automate, etc.)

Some usecase for this feature are:

  • You want to be notified about negative feedback from your users.
  • You want to be notified about feedback from your users about a specific bug.
