Overview

Understanding Encatch data pipeline destinations and how they integrate with your workflow

What are Destinations?

Destinations are external systems and services where Encatch automatically delivers your feedback responses.

Use cases for destinations

  • You want to send feedback responses when you receive a new feedback response to your email inbox
  • Report to team members when you receive a new feedback response mentioned as a bug or issue
  • Trigger a workflow with Zappier, n8n, MS power automate, etc. or your own custom webhook endpoint on a specific feedback response

Available Destinations

Below are the list of available destinations:

  • Email: Send feedback responses to your email inbox
  • Slack: Send feedback responses to your Slack channel as a message
  • GitLab: Create an issue in your GitLab repository based on the feedback response
  • Jira: Create an issue in your Jira project based on the feedback response
  • Webhook: Send feedback responses to your custom webhook endpoint (that can be used with Zappier, n8n, MS power automate, etc. or your own custom webhook endpoint)

How to configure a destination?

  1. To configure a destination, you need to go to the Data Pipelines section of the application and click on the Destinations.
  2. Then, you need to click on the Add Destination button.
  3. Then, you need to select the destination type, choose the feedback form and configure the destination details.
  4. Then, you need to click on the Save button.

Destination Filters

You can choose to filter unwanted feedback responses before they are sent to the destination. Use the AI filter to filter unwanted feedback responses based on the feedback response content, rating, etc.

Other options

  • Before you enable the destination, you can test the destination by clicking on the Test button.
  • You can temporarily disable the destination to stop it from processing any feedback responses
