Analyze and gain insights from a variety of feedback data using AI
External insights allows you to load feedback data from your external tools using csv format and then analyze it using AI.
How to use External Insights
- Go to the Feedback Studio -> External Insights
- Upload your csv file which includes the feedback data you want to analyze.
- Verify the sample loaded data is correct.
- Start asking questions about the feedback data.
- Once you are satisfied with the results, you can ask AI to generate a report in HTML format.
- You can further enhance the report by asking AI to add additional data points to the report.
- The report is self contained HTML which you can save as a file and share with your team members or modify further manually as needed.
Example use cases
- You want to analyze the feedback data from social accounts like Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Glassdoor, etc.
- Existing reports from encatch are not enough to answer your questions, you can export that data to a csv file and analyze it using External Insights.
